Every business is different, but can benefit from the experience and lessons of other sectors, geographies and management teams. This perspective is at the core of our approach, where we seek to ‘shift paradigms’ by challenging the perceptions and historic approaches that incumbent management teams may take. In this way, we can help generate and realise a new vision for the business that will create dramatically more value. Following our involvement, we adopt four key steps to identify and realise the value potential of the businesses we invest in. Throughout these steps we will engage with and play an active role with the management team and other key stakeholders of the business as appropriate.
