Too often in business, the same approaches, solutions and advisors are trotted out again and again. If this is your outlook and preference – then Paradigm are not for you! Our fundamental pursuit lies in identifying and understanding the underlying drivers of value within a business and seeking to bring about changes that will have a dramatic impact on a business’ growth and valuation. Doing so will often draw upon much of the experience and expertise garnered by Paradigm’s people in areas such as:
- Customer, product, pricing and channel strategy
- Market entry and consolidation
- Portfolio management for revenue growth
- Strategic performance measurement and management
- Re-organisation and restructuring
- Process review and design
- Cash-flow and financial management disciplines
If we do not believe there is scope for significant value to be generated through Paradigm’s involvement – and cash is the only requirement – then we will not invest! When we can identify and envisage a value-enhancing paradigm shift for a business, then we are eager to become involved and work with the management team to bring about the shift and realise the value!
