At Paradigm we consider carefully all of the needs of a business – not just the cash and investment requirements. If a business only needs a cash injection or if we believe there is limited scope for creating value upside from drawing upon the experience and expertise of Paradigm people - then it is not for us!
Where a business needs investment, Paradigm will provide it. However, we know that taking a stake in a business involves much more than just finance. That’s why we work with management teams to identify and unlock the value that lies within their business – bringing about a paradigm shift in the management’s perception of the value of their business! We believe strongly in backing management and sharing in their success.

Yes, we do invest in businesses, but for true value to be realised we will also engage directly with the business. Does that mean we provide experience and expertise? Absolutely! We know what’s involved in driving and realising value from businesses. Does it mean we take over the operation? Absolutely not! Our aim is to supplement and support management teams - not supplant them!
